“Why don’t you make a polka-dot print? It’s really trending right now,”
a customer asked me this week.
I smiled both inside and at her and replied:
I’ve loved polka dots ever since Julia Roberts’ iconic dress in Pretty Woman.
But I don’t love when everyone dresses the same.

And don’t get me wrong I’m also sometimes a fashion victim,
and yes, sometimes even a little guinea pig for trends 😉
But here, in my own creative space, design doesn’t come from a trend.
It begins with a feeling, a story, something from within
something that awakens inside me and asks to become a line, a fabric, a design a world.

Over the years, I discovered that fashion isn’t “what’s in fashion”
it’s how I choose to tell my story.
Some days I choose a simple, clean, soft look.
And some days I feel the need for power, drama, or rock’n’roll.
And in both I’m authentic, and I’m me.
That’s the beauty of fashion: it allows us to move between shades,
between moods, between emotions and still stay true to ourselves.

My designs are born from that place:
a space where fabric is not just fabric,
but another chapter in the story we write on our bodies.
I create so that every woman can find her own way
to express herself not to look like anyone else.
We weren’t meant to be copies.
We were meant to be a choice.

And remember a trend can change, but choice is power.
Choose what feels right for you, what tells your story.
Be bold, explore, and choose yourself every single day.
