Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase from Reut Harel. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items according to the policy below.

Our Return Policy

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • How to Start a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@reutharel.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and personalization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Items marked as Final Sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at info@reutharel.com. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
